We are thrilled to announce the release of the beta version of NPC Builder, our tool for creating AI-powered characters.

This beta version includes a number of new features that will make creating NPCs easier and more fun than ever!

🚀 New Features

  • Projects: 📁 with our editor you can create different projects for better resource management. For example, a project can refer to a complete video game.
  • Settings: ⚙️tendrás the possibility to define forbidden terms and standard responses to avoid unwanted behavior.
  • Context layer: ✍️ our context layer offers you a wide possibility of detail to create worlds, regions and locations. Each with its own independent properties but all interconnected, creating a universe is now easier than ever!
  • Character: 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♂️define easily detail your NPC, history, personality, inventory or quests among others. The limit is set by your creativity!
  • Usage & billing: 📊 this version is completely free! Despite being able to use the usage and billing section, the goal is to be able to verify its operation and get feedback to monitor both usage and its economic impact. None of the possible costs displayed on the screen will be charged to the user.
  • Developer tools: 🖥️ you will be able to work as a developer and we will facilitate the authentication and creation of assets for your games. Manage API keys in a simple way!

🙅‍♂️🚫We want to be transparent about some of the limitations of this beta version

  • Streaming: 🛠️ we are working to provide a streaming option, this way we will decrease the latency to get responses, providing better performance.
  • Login with Google: 🔐 your data is yours! At the moment we only allow account creation and login with Google. This way, we do not store any information about you beyond your email to validate your session.
  • Individual work: 🗒️ for the moment there is no organization concept, so the work done will be individual for each account.
  • Language: 🌍 currently we only support Spanish language. The reason is to ensure a correct behavior. Despite this, the platform is in English as we are working on providing the option of language choice.

🐞 Known issues

  • Visual bugs: 🐞 although we have fixed several bugs, it is possible that you may find some of them. If so, please let us know so we can fix them as soon as possible. thanks for your help! 🙏
